The Nebula Blaze is a decent weapon. A nice rate of fire, not too heavy on Mana consumption, a good damage per hit, especially with the occasional blue shots that deal lots of additional damage. However, for the part of the game in which you get it,(an event with hordes of enemies, followed by a large boss) it sort of just falls short. And it easily gets outclassed by the other Mana weapons dropped by said boss, even though neither of them function similarly. Meanwhile the Stardust, Solar, and Vortex weapons you can create still manage to have a niche of their own, even after the weapons the Moon Lord drops for their classes. The Nebula Arcanum still has its uses at that point, too.
The Solar Eruption can always fire through walls, the Daybreak can be thrown around quickly and causes the strongest Damage over Time debuff in the game, and it even stacks.
The Moon Lord doesn't drop any bow or proper minions, so the Phantasm, and both Stardust weapons are still the best of their category in the game.
The Vortex Beater functions differently from the S.D.M.G., and is still very powerful.

What I propose is a bit of a buff to the Nebula Blaze, so it still can be useful to use during and after the Lunar Event.
Simply put, have its damage raised to somewhere ~140-160, and give the projectiles splash damage when they hit(the blue projectiles already do massive damage, and don't really need to have a raise in damage per hit, but could have a much larger area of effect than the regular pink ones)
This way, it's now capable of a decent amount of additional damage, and has utility in quickly taking down crowds with the splash damage. It still has less precision than the Lunar Flare, and(I think) less DPS than the Arcanum or Last Prism, so while it doesn't end up replacing either of those in usefulness, it gets better at doing what it's meant to, which is dealing speedy, quick homing shots without much aiming.
