1 Fight pirate invasions goblin armies and kill every enemy you see in a biome in which you don't have a key. You want to be able to get the chest items the second after you beat plantera.
2 Ranged should fight destroyer first with the stormbow and Melee can take down skeletron prime easier than the rest using shadowflame knife.
3 This is OPTIONAL. If you want to make sure evil never spreads to your pylon houses make a railway with a diging minecart (which you could probably get after you grind for keys) that goes all the way through your world. Then use a clentaminator to purify all the land above it unless you want to keep the hallow (In which make 6 block long holes that go down to the railway on each side of the biome) to prevent spread. The railway would be used as fast travel and will prevent evil and hallow to spread to the surface. (underground will have the evil biomes if you need them.) Make sure the railway is UNDER your oceans past where sand is.
