Hello, fellow Terrarians! Terrarian Legends here with another map. This one is pretty simple. Just normally generated worlds with a twist: they are about 1/2 to 2/3 size of a small world.

These were inspired by Baih's Micro Terraria World, found here: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/micro-terraria-world.884/ , and Terkaza's Tiny Terraria World, found here: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/tiny-terraria-world.45811/ .

However, there are some problems with these worlds. Micro Terraria World is way to small to properly build houses, arenas and other things of the sorts. Tiny Terraria World is much more playable, but the terrain is very plain and biomes are cut off from each other, which I am fine with, but anyone can access new biomes without exploring. Also, the biomes are just holes in rectangles of tiles.

The biggest problem I found with these worlds is that they are just boxes of Lihzahrd bricks with silt around the edges, so if you don't defeat the Wall of Flesh in time, it will drag you through a ton of silt. Also, hardmode stripes will not spawn correctly, meanwhile my worlds are the entire world size, so hardmode stripes will spawn properly.

This map comes with a corruption world, crimson world, and a world with both evils.

To create these worlds, I used Jopojelly's Terracustom, which is great with WorldGenPreviewer. I have found these worlds work best with my Vanilla Enhancement Modpack, which is in the downloads.

Enjoy, Terrarian Legends

could you make an expert mode version? or is it already expert? and i love the mods you picked; lightweight yet very effective.

Sure, I can make expert versions of these worlds. For now, if you would like, you can download TEdit here: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/tedit-terraria-map-editor.43822/ and open up your world, go to the world properties tab at the right if it is not already up, and select/deselect the Expert mode checkbox.
Thanks for taking interest in my first map post!

no problem! also, something you could probably do is make an even smaller one but it takes place in the sky. you could remove all lucky horseshoes so going down is insta death, and maybe you could give chests a bit more loot. `

Sorry maikidot, I am afraid there are already maps for this, and the smallest possible world size without the game crashing is 900 tiles in the Y direction and 1600 in the X. Perhaps you could check out Iced's Minilands here: https://mods.curse.com/maps/terraria/minilands-survival-adventure-map

My Vanilla Modpack is just a bunch of mods I picked out that make the overall Terraria experience better. They add no significant content, save for some extra NPC's and loot. For instance, the Fargowiltas mod adds some endgame accessories (Sharpshooter's soul, Gladiator's Soul, etc.). However, as these are great for class playthroughs/challenges, this is not the main reason for the inclusion of this mod. It adds an NPC, the Mutant, who sells boss summons and related items such as an item that summons every single boss, including ones from mods.

The game literally won’t load anything smaller -_-. I spent a few hours trying to find the smallest possible size
