Solar Eruption can't 100% crit

So, simply put, even the critical chance on the tool tip is 100% (or even higher, tested on 113%), it sometimes still can't crit.
Below is a screen shot about its tool tip and strike, there is a fair amount of attack not crit.

By the way, other melee weapons (tested most post-plantera melee weapons), except Sky Dragon's Fury's right click attack (this one seems affected by ranged crit and can't reach 100 either), don't have this issue.

I'm guessing the non crit damage is being caused by the daybroken debuff rather than the weapon itself.

Daybroken from Solar Eruption only deals 25 Damage at a time. Even when stacked with Daybreak, it maxes out at 200. The non crits in the image are dealing 300 damage on average, this can't be true.

Maybe it's the Solar Eruption explosions that can't crit?
