Items
General Items and furniture.
72e8e7575b.gif

5th coin — Rhodium Coin
Well, this is just what I think about fifth coin, if it was in Terraria. It would require 5th coin slot for it, also giving 5th ammo slot, because it's never enough slots for ammo :D
With Coin Gun — Damage: 500
1 Rhodium Coin = 100 Platinum Coins.

Sound Muffler
Crafted From 1 Luminite, 1 Empty Music Box at Ancient Manipulator.
Special Music Box, which muffles all sounds, the same way as when "The Impending Doom approches".

(Top row: enabled, Bottom row: disabled)

(Lord's Hand(4x4): with eye — enabled)

Hologram
Sold by Wizard.
Does nothing by itself, but can be crafted into many variations. Those hologram items can be placed as a furniture, and will change the background.
Variants:
Cosmic star — Hologram + 33 Fallen Star: Changes background to the cosmic starfield
Lunar shadow — Hologram + Moon Altar: Changes background to eclipse
Lord's Hand — Hologram + 10 Luminite bars: Makes background shake and pure black
Mushroom night — Hologram + 99 Glowing mushrooms: Changes background to the one of mushroom biome
Biome changer — Hologram + 3 Solution: Changes background to the biome of that solution
Terraria already has 4 background-changing objects — celestial monoliths, which change background to the one of celestial towers' backgrounds.

Ninja Rack (2x3 block)
Found in Obsidian houses in the Underworld.
Another Buff station, like Crystal Ball, Ammo Box, Bewitching Table, and Sharpening Station.
This station is for throwing class, and applies buff "Be the Ninja!".
+12% chance of not consuming throwing weapons.
+12% increased throwing velocity.

4ad04fcbff.gif

Battle Preparation table (3x3 block)
Crafted from Crystal Ball, Ammo Box, Bewitching Table, Sharpening Station, and Ninja Rack
Combines the effects, allowing to get all five class-buffs at once, but only for 7 minutes instead of 10.

755f8d0d8b.png

Hardmode workbench
Crafted (on anvil): 10 Cobalt/Palladium bars
A Cobalt/Palladium Workbench
I think, that normal wooden workbenches should have all the ammo recipes, like silver bullets, meteor shots, and poisoned darts (right now, the anvil has these recipes).
So, the HM workbench should be able to craft all HM ammo, instead of using HM anvil for that.

8d83e26ab3.gif

Universal Crafting Stations (UCS) (4x4 block)
Simply put, a station, which combines many different crafting stations in it, allowing to craft anything, without need for 10+ crafting stations.
Crafted: Workbench (wood / HM), Table, Chair, Furnace (normal / hellforge / HM furnace), Anvil (normal / HM anvil), Alchemy station (bottle / Alchemy Table), Sawmill, Loom, Tinkerer's Workshop, Imbuing Station (none / yes), Dye Vat, Bookcase, Crystal Ball (none / yes), Autohammer (none / yes), Water bucket, Lava bucket, Honey bucket, Heavy Workbench, Ancient Manipulator (none / yes).
This Station has four different variants, depending on current level of progression.
  1. Pre-HM UCS: Combines Furnace, Anvil, Table, Chair, Workbench, Bottle, Sawmill, Heavy Workbench, Loom, Bookcase, Tinkerer's workshop, Dye Vat, Liquids.
  2. Near-HM UCS: Pre-HM UCS, Alchemy Table, Hellforge, Imbuing Station.
  3. HM UCS: Near-HM UCS, HM Anvil, HM Furnace, Crystal Ball.
  4. Post-Plantera UCS: HM UCS, Autohammer, Ancient Manipulator.
e47bdb3e17.gif

Architect's Table (4x4 block)
Another "universal" crafting station, but it allows to craft all the furniture and non-mandatory items, like ale, and asphalt.
Crafted: Keg, Blend-o-Matic, Meat Grinder, Bone Welder, Glass Kiln, Honey Dispenser, Ice Machine, Living Loom (it's there in background), Sky Mill (blue table), Solidifier, Steampunk Boiler, Flesh Cloning Vat, Lihzahrd Furnace.

Minecart Track Gate
Crafted from 3 Minecart Tracks and one wire at anvil.
3x1 Block device, which acts as a drop-gate for minecarts.

94a1548784.gif

Minecart Switch Track
Crafted from 1 Minecart Track and one wire at anvil.
1x1 Block device, which works only when placed in specific way, allowing to manually switch the direction of movement of minecart.
This block can only be placed before the junction
When you drive into this railtrack, you get hold on, and can choose one of 4 directions: Back, Up, Down, and Forward. This block saves all momentum you had when you collided with it, so after you choose the direction, minecart will drive with the speed you had before.

Background doors and lifts.
These objects allow faster-than-rope vertical movement.
When you have a couple of, say, background doors in a vetrical row, with walls, then it will serve as a background staircase, with which players can move between floors.
When the door is opened by RMB click, it allows you to press either UP or DOWN keys to move. If you hold the movement key, you will not just stop at the next floor but instead continue to travel between floors without opening the door, until you reach the limit floor.
As background staircases work faster than rope, the same way lifts work faster than staircases, but only one player can ride a lift a time.

Accessories.
8b84fe01d4.png

Warp pad
Dropped from any martian during Martian Madness event with 1% chance.
Allows to teleport on any marker on the map: NPCs, Death markers, Player markers, Boss markers
This item is effectively an upgrade to the Wormhole potion. I just think that fishing every time you need a wormhole potions is bad, and in the endgame you can have something better than those potions.

9b7306359e.png

Unstable crystal
Found in the Underground Hallow, growing with normal crystals with a small chance.
Allows to teleport to a random location. Can be charged (Press and hold LMB), to teleport to the location, where you've been before teleportation.
Applies Chaos State debuff for 10 seconds.
Effectively an infinite Teleportation potion.

c16415e282.png

Portable Teleportation Device (PTD)
Crafted with Magic mirror, Warp pad, Discord Staff, Unstable crystal
Allows to teleport to spawnpoint, allows to teleport to all map markers, allows to teleport to the mouse cursor position, allows to teleport to a random location, allows to return to the previous location.
  • To teleport to spawnpoint, just press H key.
  • To teleport to the mouse cursor, just press G key.
  • To return to the location, where you've beed before the teleportation, Press and hold H key.
  • To teleport to the random location, press and hold G key
Cellphone still uses normal magic mirrors, but if you want more control over teleportations, you need to create a PTD

a5c0b0271e.png

Automatic fishing reel.
Quest reward.
Makes fishing faster, by automatically throwing fishing line back to the water.
When yout find fish, you click to reel in fishing line, and with this accessory it will be thrown back automatically, without needing to click once more.

6b0e5ffa88.png
(Left: backpack; Middle: backpack and bubble on the player; Right: accessory item)
Bubble shield.
Dropped from Martian officer during Martian madness event.
Creates a bubble shield, which destroys any projectiles with 80% chance (50% by SnailsAttack).
Can transform magic projectiles into mana, enemies' arrows into player arrows, and enemies' bullets into player bullets, but does this with 15% chance.

ec1c3d11f4.png

Frozen Shield.
Crafted from Paladin's shield and Frozen Turtle shell.
Combines the effects.

7109315129.png

Magnetic boots.
Found in Shadow Chests.
Allows to fall down faster, also damaging enemies. Hold down to fall faster. Enemies take damage = 5*height(in blocks). For example, if you fall from 32 blocks, damage will be 32*5=160.
Damage can be non-capped, and the maximum damage you can get would be around 12000, but for that you'll need to fall from the top to the bottom of the world, which would be very hard to fight enemies. (Damage cap at 500 by SnailsAttack)

a6e1ce801a.png

Heart Amulet.
Found in Pyramid's chest.
After respawn you get full health.
(After respawn you get 50% of full health — still more than original, by me, and FireChaos)

0c82761182.png

Throwing emblem.
Dropped from Wall of Flesh.
+15% throwing damage

45d2093cc0.png

Guide to Gap Placement
Found in Surface chests.
An accessory, which changes the way you place blocks, with it you place blocks through one block gaps, like in the picture. So it allows for easy placement of blocks which don't lose their properties because of gaps, like Asphalt, Frozen Slime, platforms (extremely useful for arenas pre-HM), etc.
Its effect can be disabled by clicking an icon, similar to all builder accessories.

552b10255b.gif

(All four ruler accessories in action)

3633883650.png

Compass divider
Found in Skyware Chests.
A ruler-like accessory for builders, which shows an elliptic curve, allowing for easier creation of those in the world.
Shown in red in the picture above.
Its effect can be disabled by clicking an icon.

caaca0df60.png

Protractor
Bought from Merchant for 5 gold if there is Mechanic.
A ruler-like accessory for builders, which shows a diagonal line, and angle, allowing easier creation of diagonals in the world.
Shown in green in the picture above.
Its effect can be disabled by clicking an icon.

948a40c36f.gif

Measuring Tape
Crafted from: Ruler, Mechanical Ruler, Compass Divider, Protractor on Tinkerer's Workshop.
Combines the effects of all four rulers, drawing a grid, measurement lines, elliptic curve and a diagonal.
Also adds new button to inventory — Ruler Hold. It allows to manually set the ruler start and end points (like in Camera mode), and they will stay the same even if the character moves. This action applies permanent buff, "Measuring!", that can be cancelled at any time, which unblocks the rulers, and they start to follow the player and the cursor again. This buff doesn't cancel if you die, but cancels if you exit the world.
Its effect can be disabled by clicking an icon.

Damage: 38
Use time: 12 (insanely fast)
Velocity: 13

This weapon works similarly to Razorine and vampire knives. It transforms any bullets into its ammo. It fires small blue needles.

dabd66c86f.png

Rock.
Crafted from 1 stone, gives 15 rocks.
Damage: 9 (better nerf snowball's damage to 4)
Use time: 14 (very fast)
Velocity: 6
Knockback: 5 (average)

03201c30b6.png

Ninja Shuriken.
Dropped from Bone Lee in stacks of 50-100.
Direct upgrade to normal shuriken.
Damage: 44
Use time: 12 (insanely fast)
Velocity: 6

2e8d7214ed.png

SpiK-3 Ball.
Dropped from Santa-NK1, during Frost Moon event, in stacks 50-100.
Damage: 38
Use time: 12 (insanely fast)
Velocity: 4
Knockback: 5 (average)

Scourge_of_the_Corruptor.png
Wooden_Boomerang.png

Scourge of the Corruptor and boomerangs
We have two melee weapons in the biome chests: Scourge of the Corruptor and Vampire Knives.
Scourge of the Corruptor is a spear after all, we can change its damage class to throwing, which would be better, as we'll have one dungeon weapon per class.
Also, all boomerangs are more throwing than melee, so, I think it's better to change their class too.

Ammo
80e78fdd8b.png

Wooden Dart
Crafted from: 1 wood, 1 clay, gives 100
Damage 8, doesn't apply any debuff.

607dce327f.png

Endless Ammo
Crafted from 3996 (400 for coins) of that item on the Crystal Ball
  • Endless Rocket Silo — Rocket I
  • Endless Dart Pack — Wooden Dart
  • Endless Flare / Blue Flare Box — Flare / Blue Flare
  • Endless Copper/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Rhodium Coins Wallet — Respective Coins (Copper Wallet is the main idea, but as I think that Coin Gun is underpowered with just copper coins, I've added all other coins too, they're like an extra idea.)
(just 400 platinum coins for 200 damage weapon... and 40000 platinum coins for 500 damage weapon... happy money farming)

0b6f20668a.png

Armor
63c98cfcff.gif

Paladin's Armor
Crafted from 1 Paladin armor's scale (which is dropped from Paladin with 75% chance), 12/24/18 Chlorophyte bars (for head piece, chest piece, and leggins, respectively)
Defense: 22/29/18 — Full: 69
Enemies are more likely to attack you.
Negates any speed modifiers, allows only slow walking (doesn't negate any other movement accessories like wings, Frog Leg, Mounts, ...).
Set Bonus:
+15% damage (all types)
+ 20% melee speed
-10% mana cost
25% chance to not consume ammo
Applies Paladin buff, stacks with Paladin's shield's buff, totalling in 50% damage received from teammates
Slightly improved regeneration for player and teammates
Changes the way, Paladin's Hammer works, making it fly through walls, like the hammer of the original enemy, but lowering it's damage to 56 (resulting in 64 damage after paladin's armor bonus)
This is the universal armor, but it should be balanced. Imagine having all those bonuses, but not being able to run, most of the time Paladin's armor is like a stationary turret, controlled by player...
By the way, previous universal armor is Crimson Armor, so, why not have a HM universal armor?

0b6f20668a.png

Equipment
d6a90b4526.gif

Mechanic's hook.
Crafted from Anti-gravity hook, Static hook.
Combines the effect of both.
How it works: When you press hook key, Mechanic's hook pulls you to the surface, then you can control your movement, by changing angle and distance from the latchpoint. If you press any movement controls before you reach the surface after first latch, you'll stop midair.
Hook data:
Glows slightly
Reach: 40 tiles
Velocity: 16
Hooks: 2
Latching: individual
Controls:
Left/Right — change angle
Up/Down — change distance

405962c915.png

Plantera's mount.
Dropped from Plantera with 1% chance.
Works only underground.
Allows to move like plantera, spawning 3 hooks, which automatically dislodge and latch new surfaces, allowing to move freely.
When you have lower than 25% health, allows to move faster.
Hooks deal 45 damage.

0b6f20668a.png

New mechanics
16e92a3870.gif

Pulley modifications.
In Terraria we have default pulley, which allows to climb ropes. But it's not that fast, and doesn't really work with horizontal ropes.
So, we can have an upgrade for it, and a new slot, where we can put it.
Automatic pulley.
Moves faster than you can fall, allows movement on horizontal ropes. Found in gold chests underground.
Pulleys show a buff, "Riding the rope!", with different icon for different pulleys.

21989013bc.gif

Moon Altars.
Made for pure aesthetics, these devices change the look of the moon.
Crafted from 10 meteorite bars and 10 stone = normal moon altars and old moon
10 pumpkins = pumpkin moon altar
10 snow blocks = frost moon
10 iron/lead bars = mechanical moon
1 moon charm = moon charm moon
Right click the altar or send wire signal to activate it.

874cbad705.gif

Animated Buffs.
We have some buffs, which have different levels, so why not animate it?

Additional slots.
It would be good to have 4 buff slots near money and ammo slots, which would accept only Health/Mana/Restoration potions.
There are some things, for which we can add another slot to the Equipment tab.
Pulley Slot: For different pulleys, like with minecarts.
Giant Gem slot: Gem is placed here automatically on pickup.
Also, there could be the World tab, for items which change the appearance of the world.
Music Box Slot: better have a special slot for it, instead of using accessory slots.
Fountain Slot: Allows to place fountain in there.
Moon Slot: Allows to place Moon Altar in there.

Inventory Ideas
50e06f5c3d.gif
(Also made additional animation for a safe)

Backpacks

My main idea about inventory was changing the way storages work.
First, we start with a backpack (3rd sprite), which is the main inventory, but we have a button, which allows to put backpack on the ground, as a chest.
Merchant Sells Backpacks for 1 Gold coin each.
Backpakcs are the main inventory of a character, and do not work like piggy banks and safes, they represent these 40 slots you start with, but with backpacks you can drop all those 40 slots as one chest, which other players can open. Plus, if you have placed many different backpacks, you can fastly change your 40 slots of inventory, which could be useful for specialised inventories, like inventory "all for wiring", when all 40 slots are full of wiring items.
You can't hold more than one backpack (as it's your inventory), but you can hold indefinitely many empty backpacks, because anyway, they work as chests normally.

Mediumcore
In mediumcore, when you die, all your items just fall on the ground. Backpacks work good here too, with them, instead of dropping all items, you drop a backpack, as a chest, also, you drop a bag (1st sprite), which contains all other items, like accessories, ammo, coins, etc, and a bag works as a crystal heart — you break it, and all items contained inside automatically placed into respective slots.

Additional storages
We already have Piggy Bank, and a Safe, but why not add some more?
Mechanical Suitcase is the first one (4th sprite), It is dropped by any mechanical boss with 10% chance, adds another 40 slots of inventory. (Should be sold by Mechanic/Merchant after defeating Mechanical bosses instead of dropped by the boss, by Allenb60)
Ancient Crate is the second (5th sprite), It is crafted with one Lihzahrd Power Cell and 50 Lihzahrd Bricks near Lihzahrd Altar. Adds another 40 slots of inventory. (Should be sold by Witch Doctor after defeating Mechanical bosses instead of dropped by the boss, by Allenb60)

74245e5e02.gif

Controls
Another idea of mine on inventories, was to make all additional storages permanent upgrades, in a similar fashion to Demon Heart.
Of course, in Mediumcore, character will drop all those storages, and they will try to be placed on blocks, like tombstones.
All storages show their icons to the right of inventory, if you Left-click and icon, it will open that inventory as a chest (lower than main inventory), if you Right-click the icon, it will open it as a main inventory. This allows you to work with both safe and a piggy bank together.
If you drag Backpack icon, it will close main inventory, and allow you to place it as a chest.
P.S. there are two other features on the image, extra "trashbin" slot (which is not actually a trashbin), and the third column of small slots, which are for healing/mana portions, and there are five of them, because of Rhodium Coin.

13.10.16 — Made the thread.

Well done! It seems you tried to cover up every single aspect of the game that was already forgotten. For example, the Giant Gems. :D
However..
The Heart Amultet...
It would make the pre-HM fights much easier when you have max HP as you wont drink potions or waste money at the nurse while playing with a friend, killing some of the challenge. And believe me, I have some lazy friends.

oh
and I'd rather have a menu in Portable Teleportation Device (PTD) instead of hotkeys. Much more organized and more free binds :D

Thanks! Just put some random ideas I had in mind into this thread.

Right... We have a nurse... Well, anyway, there's like 1 pyramid per world or so, and you still can get pharaoh's clothes / sandstorm in a bottle / magic carpet instead.
Maybe it's better to nerf Heart Amulet to 50% of full HP instead of 100%.

I'd rather have a menu in Portable Teleportation Device (PTD) instead of hotkeys. Much more organized and more free binds :D
Personally, I don't know how this menu would look like (do you mean grand-design-like menu?)

Personally, I don't know how this menu would look like (do you mean grand-design-like menu?)
Yes. That would eliminate the possibility of using it mid-combat (because it won't be easy) instead of pointing and clicking with the Discord Rod but you can always use the Rod if you want to be quick.
[doublepost=1476385254,1476385075][/doublepost]Also would like to point out something about the "cheaty-cheaty" crafting stations. I'd prefer if the recipes where buffed. Right now, you would normally make each one as you normally would, and then just brake them all and force them into this. How about you added some rare items/ materials to the recipe?

Okay, if you'll have any idea on what to add to the recipe to not screw the progression (like adding cobalt before it appears), then I'll add your idea to the thread.

Can't agree with the portable teleportation device. The cell phone is already a long enough quest but having an upgrade with situational features like random teleportation anywhere isn't really a good idea. Moreover wormhole potions and their effects are only available in multiplayer so it really would not be useful for the player in single player yet it delays such a key crafted item.
The items are fine just not when combined.

Ok, first off, your sprites are actually :red:ing amazing like holy :red: these are awesome and could totally be in the actual game.

There are a few parts of the suggestion itself that could use some work, though.
e108912861.png

Sound Muffler
Crafted From 1 Luminite, 1 Empty Music Box at Ancient Manipulator.
Special Music Box, which muffles all sounds, the same way as when "The Impending Doom approches".
This is an interesting idea, but couldn't you get the same effect from turning your music off?
6b0e5ffa88.png
(Left: backpack; Middle: backpack and bubble on the player; Right: accessory item)
Bubble shield.
Dropped from Martian officer during Martian madness event.
Creates a bubble shield, which destroys any projectiles with 80% chance.
I think that 80% is a bit too high a chance. Maybe 50%?
7109315129.png

Magnetic boots.
Found in Shadow Chests.
Allows to fall down faster, also damaging enemies. Hold down to fall faster. Enemies take damage = 5*height(in blocks). For example, if you fall from 32 blocks, damage will be 32*5=160
These boots aren't quite magnetic more than they are heavy. They should also probably have some sort of limitation. (500 dmg maybe?

This allows for easy change of all 40 slots of inventory.
Backpacks are my main issue with this suggestion. They are extremely cheap and store a LOT of items.

I think that the following should apply instead.
  • The player can only hold one backpack at a time, and backpacks cannot be put inside of eachother.
  • Backpacks will cost 15 gold each.
  • Backpacks can only store 20 items
  • The mechanical suitcase can only store 10.
  • Ancient crate can only store 10 as well.
While I do realize that backpacks are meant to be useful, the player should not be able to store 4 chests worth of items in their inventory.

Yea, I always forget that thete's also a singleplayer... Well, we can stick to Cellphone using normal mirror, and if you want you can just go and upgrade your another mirror to PTD.

Yes, maybe 50% is better
These boots aren't quite magnetic more than they are heavy. They should also probably have some sort of limitation. (500 dmg maybe?
Well, when there were old forums, I've named those magnetic boots, and made a sprite. The highest damage you can get is around 12000, but for that you need a large world and you must fall down from the top of the world to the bottom, maybe it's better to cap it, but I'm sure you won't ever get more than 1500 damage, because that's already 300 blocks of height, it would be too hard to fight enemies if you need to get 300 blocks of height each
Backpacks are my main issue with this suggestion. They are extremely cheap and store a LOT of items.

While I do realize that backpacks are meant to be useful, the player should not be able to store 4 chests worth of items in their inventory.
Okay, first of all, you can use only one backpack per character. But you can buy more backpacks and place them as chests around your house. If you drop or lose your OWN backpack (your own inventory), then you can easily grab one of your home backpack-chests (maybe via additional button inside the chest?) which replaces your current inventory.
So, backpacks are your main inventory, and ofc you can carry only one full backpack at a time, and as many empty ones as you want (like with chests).

So, no, backpacks MUST store 40 items (or you're lose your main inventory slots), like any other chest-item, also, mechanical suitcase and ancient crate must store 40 items too, because this is how Terraria's chest system works, it is locked on 40 slots right now (in 1.1.2 it was locked on 20 slots).

And yea, I just always wanted to have at least 40 more inventory slots, so I created a backpack, but then remade my idea so that backpacks now are the main inventory (without it you have only accessories, ammo, coin, quickslots, etc), but I still wanted more inventory slots, and created mechanical suitcase and ancient crate.

Backpacks are really useful, being your main inventory :D , in mediumcore items won't just drop on the ground, but instead you'll place a backpack with those 40 slots. Also, other players can open those backpacks.

In the end, we already have a piggy and a safe, which add 80 slots to the main 40, totalling in 120 slots. With mechanical suitcase and ancient crate we have +80 slots, totalling in 200 slots, which should be enough for me, while 120 are totally not enough :D

WOW!! That's a lot for one post, but either way welcomed. Now where to begin? 5th coin - 113% behind!! Holograms very cool idea to expand on the alters background

changing effects. Frozen shield is an awesome idea, making new crafting tiers and trees is always new and exciting. Moon Alters - yes, yes, yes, yes, I'll have what she's

having yes!!! All your weapon ideas are better than great, and made me ask why are these not already in the game? Paladin's Armor - second time in last week I've seen

since I joined that someone has made that suggestion, and your idea is more refined then other (not that it wasn't good either), the moving sprite is fabulous which is

understating it, and the player wearing the armor would basically be like the tank on the group. Inventory ideas, ehh might be a little too much, all for increasing the

inventory especially for late in the game, but that's a bit too much. Like one reply said, maybe each increase add a single row each for another 20 total, so what 60

overall, sounds a bit more reasonable. Maybe another armor idea where that armor set gives one row of additional inventory slots too. Last thing, did you do those

sprites yourself, if so how? what program? and is it easy to get or does it cost as much as 1 platinum coin would in real life?

Thanks! :D
About inventories: Piggy Bank and Safe both add +40 slots to the main inventory, but 120 slots total is not enough for me, so I created more storages like that, also, with more progression, you need more items each time.
About armor: You sure can post a suggestion like that on the forums, but personally I think it won't work (I mean adding +10 slots won't work), because Terraria's storage system uses 40 slots everywhere. Though, that armor could be useful for builders, for example.

Last thing, yes, I made all those sprites by myself, I'm using IcoFX 1.6.4 (newer versions are photoshop-like), and ASEprite 1.1.6-dev.
IcoFX is not free. ASEprite is not free, but if you manage to compile dev version it is free for you, as was said somewhere on the main site.
Both programs are useful, but I'm slowly migrating to ASEprite, which is made for spriting. So, if you want to sprite, you can compile yourself an ASEprite (or download older than 1.0 version) and start spriting.

Thanks! :D

Cool thanks!!

These are all great ideas, but my favorite has to be either the minecart switch track or the guide to gap placement. It would also be nice to have some sort of guide to slab placement or something, since hammering a lot of tiles is difficult, especially in the mobile version.

Well, for easy hammering you can check my other thread — "The Grand Design" menu for other tools!, It contains a menu for a hammer, allowing for 1-click hammering tiles to any variant you like.

Thanks again, but can you mention "the worst", and "the best" ones in your opinion? (at least i'll know what ideas are non-balanced/bad, so I could put some more work into them)
I more meant that some of them are excellent suggestions, and some have flaws, but aren't awful ideas. Here's a list of the flaws that stood out the most in my opinion.

Ups and Downs

  • Rhodium coin - I feel like it's not really needed.
  • Minecart track - I like it and it's pretty cool, but can't you do the same thing with actuators? I guess you could say the same thing with the trapdoor though. Also it should probably be 3 x 2 instead so that's there's room for it to go down.
  • Bubble shield - Cool, but maybe a bit on the OP side.
  • Throwing Emblem - Makes sense, but Cenx said that they weren't going to make the throwing class into a full class.
  • Scourge of the Corruptor and boomerangs - The thing is making them throwing weapons would make them worse, because, as I said a moment ago, the throwing class is probably perpetually going to be laking, and there's no strong accessories/potions for it.
  • Backpacks - I really like this idea, but I don't think we need another two piggy bank type things. That'd be a bit too much storage to have in your inventory.

Rhodium coin - I feel like it's not really needed.
Well, yea, it's not really needed, but I always wanted 5 slots for ammo, because I always get at least 1 slot of my inventory occupied by ammo, so I added 5th coin, which is pretty good to be added, as I think.

I believe, it should work exactly as normal trapdoors, they don't need any extra space below or above, when they're closed, so I think it should apply here too, effectively needed a sprite where it opens up instead of opening bottom.
Bubble shield - Cool, but maybe a bit on the OP side.
Well, already nerfed it a bit, anyway, in near-end-game, nothing is OP.
Throwing Emblem - Makes sense, but Cenx said that they weren't going to make the throwing class into a full class.
Scourge of the Corruptor and boomerangs - The thing is making them throwing weapons would make them worse, because, as I said a moment ago, the throwing class is probably perpetually going to be laking, and there's no strong accessories/potions for it.
Didn't know that there won't ever be throwing class. Though, there are already armors for it, maybe they will add it some day. All we need is a buff-station for that class, an emblem, some HM weapons to not render emblem useless in HM, and some accessories. In my view, I already have an emblem, boomerangs, scourge of corruptor, buff-station, so, the only left are more HM armors and accessories.
Backpacks - I really like this idea, but I don't think we need another two piggy bank type things. That'd be a bit too much storage to have in your inventory.
Backpacks are great, yea, but I always lack free space in my inventories, for example: I go to the dungeon with piggy only, and it immediatelly fills with loot, and as I usually don't die each 2 minutes, I have full inventories and need to drop all those magic rockets. Same goes for mining chlorophyte and looking for treasures in the jungle — always full safe, piggy and main inventory. Maybe that's just my problem and only I like to not teleport home each 20 mins to drop all the loot.
Also, I've created sprites first, just as chests, but then remade it to be portable storages, as we don't have any portable storages in hardmode.

Well, thanks for the reply :D
