Items Some questions/seggestions about accessories over 10 years

Hello, I've been playing Terraria almost since its release, completing it about every 2 years, and I've got a couple of questions regarding accessories in the game.

1. Why aren't the Hand Warmer used in crafting the Ankh Shield? (Considering the item is difficult to obtain, for example, like a separate branch after the main crafting process)
2. The Ankh Shield is quite an old item. The last time I played through the game, I noticed that it's losing its relevance in the later stages of the game. The same goes for other items, such as: Terraspark Boots, Fire Gauntlet, ALL Wings. Does anyone actually use the Arctic Diving Gear?
Perhaps there might be some ideas on how to enhance the usefulness of items. For example, Wings are currently rendered useless as mounts replace them quite early in hardmode. Creating "Terra Wings" or combining them with Soaring Insignia could potentially address this situation.
3. Why not expand the capabilities of the smartphone? It's a multifunctional device after all
As an example, adding the Money Trough to the crafting options could be a way to expand the smartphone's capabilities.

I understand that it's unlikely that everything will be implemented, but I had to say it.

About the Smartphone - it already has an enhancement, don't want to make a spoiler here, so I'll just say that devs has mentioned it was a pain to code that item, so they probably won't make anything more out of it.
And to be honest putting an extra storage to such accessories as smartphone that gives you all of the informations and an ability to teleport (and extra abilities after upgrading) for me feels like too much.
