A coating that makes everything sparkle like the Cobalt Brick, Chlorophyte Brick, Pearlstone Brick or gem blocks already do naturally.
Sometimes you build something and it just needs that extra sparkle to make it feel perfect. Or maybe you've built an adventure map and want to add a little sparkle to draw a players attention to an important item. Sparkle coating would be great for so many things both aesthetic and attention grabbing.
Maybe it could be obtained by throwing Negative Paint into the shimmer! Or crafted by using one of each color of paint together.
