PS3 Spectre Mask doesn't give set bonus?

While I was playing with a Mage load out I saw the Spectre Mask so I decided to try it out and it turns out it didn't give any set bonus and I tried going out to kill som mobs but nothing happened

It must be some bug. As much as I hate calling out 505 for things like this, I don't understand how a bug like this goes right under their noses.
