Someone very quickly make a music video about this stuff. This is now my favorite thread because of these parodies. And the potential, as I previously stated. Somebody please make me a banner for this thread.

The Life Crystals are too rare for Living Snowmen with Snowballs to be worth bothering with, so they should use a different item, such as something sold by the Dryad if she lives in the Snow Biome, or dropped by Snow Flinxes or Undead Vikings, along with also being able to give them cosmetic weapons, if only to make them shoot snowballs from a flamethrower.

This is brilliant! I've always wanted some sort of customizable minion in Terraria, and this is perfect!
The whole concept of making snowmen is very well done, and is quite balanced. Also the sprites are great, I especially like the snow clump sizes.
This definitely is a high quality suggestion, and looks official considering how well it has been made!

I certainly would love to see this in-game! This should be considered for 1.3!

You'd need a of sprite for each armour set, Which would take ages! I think they should look more human-like, to not need new textures.
I'll make one to show you what I mean.

The problem is that, when defeated, they will plant themselves down and become their non-living variant with the same armor and dyes intact. It isn´t clarified as to what happens to the Life Crystal.

Simply don´t put them on PvP mode.

Originally I had put you can remove then put the heart back, but I'll try to think of a better method of revival.

You're right, I think I have a solution to this.. which I'll get back to as it's 5 AM, ha..

You place armor and outfit pieces on them and they will appear as modifier pieces to fit the snow person (though helmets generally remain the same)

Now that you mentioned outfits, I think I'll put in vanity slots, as I believe I've figured a way to give snow people stats.. different stats, though.
