I think it should require Luminite as this would be completely broken otherwise

And now combine it with all of its components, and you can afk while terraprisma would kill moonlord after moonlord for you

Powerful is an understatement

  • You don't need both Papyrus Scarab and its components; that's just repetition
  • Terraria doesn't use random materials to lock it off until later in the game
Effects:
  • Increases your max number of minions by 4
  • Increases your summon damage by 65% and the knockback of your minions

  • The damage and minions are better than the entirety of Spooky armor; you might as well wear Valhalla Knight armor for the defense and get all your minion slots back with this one accessory. That is beyond overpowered, even when you're not playing Summoner.
  • 150 damage is pointlessly small to add on; it might as well not be here

This is a tough one to judge. On the one hand, it's egregiously powerful. +3 minions and +35 damage on top of that is... well, that's almost as good as what Tiki Armor gives you on its own. The extra falling star damage is just icing on the cake at that point. But on the other hand, it's postgame, so in theory it's allowed to be as powerful as it likes. It's not as though you're killing anything you haven't already beaten with this.

But then we come to the big question: what's the point? At the point in the game where this is accessible, who cares? Every postgame Summoner would make this if they have the Luminite to spare, but that's assuming they even bother to keep playing after the credits roll. It's not as though this makes building significantly easier; Stardust Armor and the Stardust Dragon/Terraprisma are already more than enough to keep any enemies off of you. I guess if you want to farm Moon Lord for his other drops, you'd want it? But again, that's a pretty big if.
