Stuck on Re-Logic Screen

I have been having this problem for a month or so. Whenever I launch Terraria the screen goes to the ReLogic screen and stays there. I have tried everything including restarting, redownloading, verifying integrity of files, running steam as administrator. If anybody could help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate. All help is appreciated.

My Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Radeon RX 580 Series
Windows 10

I’m having the same issue on PS4, and I’ve also tried redownloading, restarting, backing-up and deleting system files… any fix on this known?

I'm also having this issue, me and my friends want to play and for some reason i get stuck on the Re-logic screen aswell. Tried all of the above still no fixes?
