The cloud in a bottle is pretty useful. That is, until rocket boots. I propose a breath of fresh air to them.

Crafted with 5 Hellstone Bars and an Empty Bottle
When equipped, allows a double jump. Particles rain to the floor upon doing so, inflicting on fire for 6 seconds.

Spoiler: StormCloud In A Bottle

10% drop from Angry Nimbuses
When equipped, allows a double jump. Particles rain to the floor upon doing so, dealing 30 damage.

Spoiler: Venom In A Bottle

Crafted with 5 Vials of Venom and an Empty Bottle
When equipped, allows a double jump. Particles rain to the floor upon doing so, inflicting venom for 6 seconds.

I use the Horseshoe Balloon until I get wings, I don't think any change is necessary. The Cloud also has distinct speed advantages compared to the boots.
