PS4 Syncing files glitch

So I play on ps4, and a few days ago my game crashed and now whenever i try and play my game it always stays on the Syncing Files screen. I don’t know what happened, but it is only on one account, my main account. It still works on my other accounts but not my main with over 1000+ hours on. I have tried deleting my game completely multiple times, I have tried rebuilding my ps4 database, and I have tried resetting my ps4. None of this has worked. Please tell me how to fix as I have lots of time put into this game and 3 characters and worlds I have yet to finish.

I’m unsure as to how PS4 works, but if there is an option to delete data from the CONSOLE do that (your data is already stored on the cloud).
