Blocks & Decoration Syntax Error

Beezwax&Nectar

The Destroyer
Here’s an idea I had about a somewhat meta early pre-hm utility item. This item, sold by the Dryad for 15 gold, is called the syntax error.

This item can be crafted with 999 of any block, including torches, rope, and platforms, to turn them into “Glitched [itemname]” it should also be noted that it goes up to green rarity to prevent it from burning up in lava.

The item’s sprite would remain the same. However, the item’s tooltip loses its consumable line.

This gives you an infinite amount of the block you crafted, however the blocks would slowly dissipate as more are placed.

To be more specific, there could only be around 75 of that block in the world at any given time, after that, the first ones placed down would vanish to make way for the new one (No noise would be made, maybe a particle effect after it disappears).

These blocks do have specific properties. You can place these blocks anywhere on the screen, even in midair. Any glitched block will be destroyed instantaneously when clicked on with a pickax in hand, from any distance. These blocks also disappear after every player on a world leaves it. Light can also pass through these blocks as if they were glass.

These are mostly for getting around easily without taking up too much inventory space or really making your world look messy.

That's really all there is to this suggestion.

This isn't the best suggestion. However, with a few minor adjustments, this could be great.

2 things that I would change:
Make it like the Ice Wand, rather than what you're suggesting.

Make it be crafted at a Crystal Ball.
