Why are people mentioning Loki, (specifically Loki ISP) and Terraria from 3 years ago?

If it was related to the hint at all, why don't I see any recent or older comments about it?

Is this something Loki does on a varied basis?!

Honestly, it's gonna be pretty helpful.

Know I've seen some mods do that, or once the best was hit in would continue the same thing over and over, so it's cool that this was added.
Never would've found it without the hint.
