Xbox One Terraria begins to break with numerous visual glitches if it´s paused for too long

Paused the game for maybe 4-6 hours to go shopping and watch YouTube and then this happened (See game clip uploaded to OneDrive, seizure warning, NPCs are flashing at the speed of light and mastered the art of invisibility):

Although, everything else is actually rather fine. Opening Inventory / Pause Menu, Chatting/Selling with NPCs, killing enemies, Sound, etc.
