PC Terraria characters and worlds not transfering from hdd to ssd!

Hi,
I recently bought an ssd and I wish to move terraria onto it. I move all the files across to the correct place to no avail.
None of my worlds/characters are appearing, save two characters that I happened to have uploaded to the cloud prior. Is there anyway for me to transfer the files across?

Do you want to move the installation of Terraria (i.e. the executable and content files) to your SSD? Your save files are saved in My Documents, so you will have to move those across disks as well or Terraria won't be able to find them.

The save path should be X:\Users\user\Documents\My Games\Terraria (where X is the letter of the drive Terraria is installed) and then within that folder both a Player folder for player saves and a Worlds folder for worlds. As far as I know, there's no way to reconfigure the save path yourself, so you'll have to move them over.
