Hi. It would be useful if you could provide some more information?

Is this Modded Terraria, or vanilla?
Have you tried anything to fix this?
Were you able to play fine prior to this error?

Basic rundown of your computers specs.
Windows 10, 7 etc?
Graphics? CPU? RAM?

Those specs look to be below the requirements for the game.

Need a 2GHz processor, 2.5 GB RAM.

It was working before.

Perhaps, but it's still a below-spec machine. We don't have resources to investigate those types of issues, when we say specifically and up front that you need "better" hardware specs than what you've reported having.

The error message you posted says - right at the top - that the process ran out of memory. Required minimum RAM is 2.5GB, you have 2.0, Pretty much tells the story right there.

You could try adding more RAM to your computer, but the cost of that might be better spent toward a newer, better machine.
Win10 32-bit - that will not address more than 4.0GB of RAM anyway, so you're bottle-necked there.

You could try closing all other apps other than Steam/Terraria, such as web browsers. You could try using only small-sized worlds.

I understand the economic issues of upgrading hardware, but I can't change the basic requirements of the game.
