PC Terraria Crashes upon starting

Terrarian
I have this issue since yesterday and I tried so many ways to fix it but nothing works. Does anyone know what to do when this crash message appears or what it means? Would be very appreciated if anyone can help. (Just to mention it: when launching Terraria a dark version of the startup screen appears where you can read the RE-Logic very faintly)

Update: I found something in the Event Manager saying the following file is not working properly: C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll
any ideas how to fix that file?

Solution: I removed my Texture Pack from MyGames>Terraria hope it works for somebody suffering from the same issue

Firstc of all, if you have the Steam version, you should check the file integrity by right clicking the icon in the Steam launcher, then go on "properties", click "local files" and press "verify game files integrity". If that doesn't work then try reinstalling the game. Having your PC specs might be useful.

I now tried that but I had the same issue afterwards. Thanks for the advice tho

Are you sure that there no background application that might mess with the game?
Well the only thing I could imagine is Razer applications since i read something about those messing terraria up and i ended all of them.

I found this too:

Were you using any texture packs? Because there was this one texture pack always crashes my game when I use it.

It isn't texture packs. Have you tried reinstalling terraria? Restarting your pc? deleting and reinstalling steam?
