PC Terraria crashes when I do anything important

Terraria crashes when I create a new character, make a new world, and remove things from the cloud. Yes, I have reinstalled my game and yes I can play with other characters and worlds (they have to be pre made)

Go to the direction the crashlog tells you and make the file non-read-only.

Ive tried that. It just resets itself.

Find which folder makes it read-only and change that.

I made literally every file in my pc turn off read only and it reset itself
