PC Terraria does not start

hello. my Terraria crashes at startup, I click "play" on steam, and after a few seconds the game crashes without even starting. I used to play on this computer, everything was fine.

my configuration:
Intel core i5-8300H processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB)
16 GB DDR4 RAM
the game is installed on HDD
Windows 10 home 20H2, build 19042.1165
all drivers have been updated to the latest version
Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Microsoft XNA and Microsoft Visual C++ are also installed and updated to the latest version
I have a steam version of Terraria
I reinstalled terraria, it didn't help
