Terraria does not start

Hey guys,
I just moved all my files to another hard drive, because I didn't have enough storage anymore. I then had to move them back, because they didn't work anymore. Anyways, since I moved them back I always get an error when I try to start Terraria over steam.

The Error said,you didn’t have XNANative.dll.You need to install XNA Framework!
These Installations files located in Terraria folder,where game is installed.
Default path is - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Terraria.
And there will be several files with XNA.You just need to install them and that’s all.
