Following windows error message pops up,

I have tried everything, Installing and reinstalling XNA did nothing, neither did that when I installed .NET framework. Tried compatibility mode, windows 7.... nothing. Reinstall the game, restarted computer. Tried with Anti virus running, without etc.
I'm on Windows 7, 64 Bit, got an i5 proc, 2gb amd videocard. Smooth running system never gives me errors. Only this game and Stardew Valley both give me problems.
