Terraria doesn't launch.

The game was working fine this morning but for no reason ( no change on the computer or anything ) it started to not work. No matter what I try, I can't get it to work and it displays no error message. The border around my profile icon on steam turns from blue to green for a few seconds and then turns back to blue again. I've tried verifying integrity of the game files several times, I uninstalled and reinstalled Terraria and Steam but nothing works. I have the frameworks installed. Someone please help me, I'm going insane.

I've solved the problem, tell your brother to repair and reinstall the .NET and XNA frameworks. My problem solved after downloading the latest XNA framework from Microsoft website and repairing my existing one.

Steam > My Library > Right Click Terraria > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files > Find xnafx40_redist > Double Click It.
It should download the newest update.

The DPI settings for windows 10 can make it so the game won't run. I would suggest checking this before uninstalling any drivers or programs. DPI settings will stop terraria from going into full screen as well.
