PC Terraria doesn't run

everytime I tryied to start terraria since I bought it it gives me this error message:

I have all the frameworks and things that are required to play the game but it sill doesn't work .

Hey let me get you some info on bad image format exceptions and what you can do to solve it. In case you are having the same problem as the user from 2017.

From my understanding this error is thrown when the application or dependency is expecting a file with a 32 bit format but receives a 64 bit format and vice versa. If I'm mistaken on this please let me know so we can get more accurate information.
