When trying to launch Terraria, the "stop" button on steam show, but after a few seconds it don't launch and show "play' instead of "stop". There is no error message, and no"launch with steam client"
I tried to reinstall Terraria 2 times.
I tried to launch it as an adminstrator.
I tried to launch it as non-steam game.
But nothing happen.

When Terraria was in 1.4.0.X it launched at each time. But after 1.4.1.1 it don't launch.
Sometimes it lanches and work properly but it's very rare.

RAM: DDR3 8GB 1333MHz
GPU: 1792MB Intel Graphics
Storage: 2To HDD 7200 RPM

(Acer Aspire XC-703 (4+4GB RAM))

Sorry for bad english.

I also have this issue, but I do know a workaround.

Simply navigate to your config file, which can be located at C:\Users\(User)\Documents\My Games\Terraria. Delete the file, and start up Terraria. It should start up as normal, but you'll have to reconfigure your settings unfortunately. On top of this, you'll have to do this every time you want to play.

This is the workaround that's been working for me, but I'm unsure of how it will help others. Hope it works, though.
