PC "Terraria has stopped working/ Game card error"

Hi, I have been trying to play Terraria on my PC for a few days but when I do, I always get these errors:
» Terraria has stopped working
»Incompatible Game Card
(My PC's build if you need to know:
Toshiba Satellite L15W-B Version: 1151 Windows 10 OS:10586.420 Processor: Intel Celeron CPU N2840 @2.16GHz
System Type: 64 bit system, x64-based processor)

I've tried everything that I Googled on the internet, but nothing seems to work, I even reinstalled it, but nothing.... If anyone can help me some this issue, I'd really appreciate it! (　^ω^)

Your graphic card is not compatible with Terraria.
