Terraria horror mods

In my opinion Terraria horror mods aren't really good, anyone agree?

its either not many are trying to make a horror mod or terraria just isnt a game meant for mods like The broken script or No_Moon.jar (these are mc mods btw)

Unironically I think the best Terraria horror mod right now is 1/10000 chance for foxy jumpscare every second, which is pretty sad.

I mean, there's this mod that adds terrifying creatures in the ocean, but the scariest terraria "horror" mod is apparently calamity on death mode

For me - yes. It autoenables halloween and has many spooky mobs and structures.

Real talk though, the only actual Terraria horror mod I know of is Echoes of the Cavern which is unfortunately not very interesting or fun to do a playthrough with. It just adds one creature with some eerie ambience and it's very predictable. It is the only real attempt at something like that from what I know so I do appreciate it, but sadly the horror mod scene just hasn't grown past it at all.

Also Spooky mod is just a halloween themed mod from what I know (even if it has a few scary elements), so I'd say no because that'd be like if The Nightmare Before Christmas was supposed to be a horror movie.

isn't echoes of the cavern just replicate your vanity items and your character and then places an enemy that uses your skin that is as fast as you in the caves
