Someone that needs help

so recently i bought terraria switch, i love it but it keeps freezing and crashing, i have auto save on so that helps. but it is very annoying. When i connect my switch to the TV its a little better But freezes on big events like slime rain, and goblin army, i don't know if its because of the fps, and you probably wont be able to help. But if there is anything i can do please let me know.
