Terraria Keeps Crashing

Suddenly, Terraria started crashing whenever I try to start it up, and whenever it does work, there's no sound.

I reinstalled the game, and it didn't help.

At the time, I was slowly mining out a small world.

Can someone please help me?
 
What's the crash code associated with it? Having this will significantly speed up the troubleshooting process. Take a screenshot of the crash log and post it here. If you're not sure how to get the crash code here is a guide done by Marcus, a user on the forums.


Check it out, see if you can get the error log and then get back to me and we'll work on solving your problem.
