I can’t wait for Expert mode! I have been playing it a TON on PC recently (only because I have to leave for vacation in two days), and it’s really fun! The update will be my first time fighting and eventually beating the Moon Lord!

Yep! The update will come out while I’m on vacation, so I will definitely play it on the way home! Plus, I just beat The Twins on expert mode PC! I am also planning to play the tutorial world for the last time!Defeating Moon Lord is even better while on a long trip to a vacation spot!

At long last - and after many, many times asked for - we can finally reveal the launch date for the upcoming Terraria 1.3 Mobile Update!

That's right, in a few short weeks, you will have all of that Terraria 1.3 goodness - along with a complete overhaul and re-design of the Mobile Terraria experience - in your hands! We know you are as excited as we are! This has been a long time coming, but we are confident and thrilled with how things turned out, and we think everyone will agree that it was well worth the wait.
We will have a full set of release notes, plans, and information for everyone to digest on launch day, but for now, here are a few bits of info to keep in mind:
What platforms will receive Terraria 1.3 on launch day?
- Android (Google Play) and iOS devices that meet the minimum specifications (see below) will receive the update on launch day.
- Amazon devices will follow at a later date (not too long, we hope!)
Will my device run Terraria 1.3? What if my device does not meet the minimum specifications?

MOBILE 1.3 SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS BY PLATFORM
Recommended (Required for use of/playing on Large Worlds and for making full use of graphics settings, etc)iOS
Example Devices (not all-inclusive): iPhone 6S, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 4 and newer
- Metal Enabled Devices (A7 or newer chipset)
- iOS 8.0+
- 1.5+ GB of RAM
Minimum Required (Required to receive and play the 1.3 Update)

- If your device does not meet the minimum specifications, then you will not receive the 1.3 update - however, your current 1.2.4 version of Terraria Mobile will continue to operate as it currently does.
Will this update cost me anything?
- Only all of your free time as you get hopelessly drawn in to all of the amazing new content and features.
- If you meant money, then Terraria 1.3 is free to all current owners of Mobile Terraria.

Expert Twins is one of my favorite boss battles, as it is fun and fair at the same time! Retinazer goes nuts when nearing death, while Spazmatism “spazzes” out when its second form starts, creating a crazy fun challenge! Also enjoy the last few days the tutorial world will exist before the update rolls out in 4 days!

Will there be a tutorial for controls in game? It is easier to learn controls in game than a hour long video.

Will items like the Ocram Trophy be in 1.3? I think it would be cool to keep it in the collection as a "memory" for if we defeated Ocram before the update?I thought of this specifically because trophies themselves do not change the gameplay, but are merely decorative, and look cool

I wish it could be like that, but I’m pretty sure it was said that every exclusive item would be removed. It would be nice to keep the trophy, but it’ll probably just disappear.

Yup! All of Marco’s, I mean Ocram’s trophies will be wiped from existence once the update rolls out.

Thousands of games that expect you to pay a few dollars every week to have a normal progression.
then comparing these games with terraria, and how long it can last, and you will see that the devs are extremely generous with its price.
What’s more, the mobile update is unlike going to attract a whole bunch new players, I certainly hope so, and I think everyone else thinks this way, but it’s still unlikely.
In other words, this update is mostly for those who are already playing to re-play this game.
There is very little money to be earned in this update, yet it’s coming out.
Through all of this, it becomes clear that the devs cares more about us than money.

Ok, the guy who programmed Ocram's name was actually MarcoYup! All of Marco’s, I mean Ocram’s trophies will be wiped from existence once the update rolls out.

Ive got a iPad 4 generation it have 1 GB ram and has the A6X processor which is 2 times faster than the normal A6 processor so I was wondering since is so close will it be able to run the A7 or 1.3 update because the A6X is very similar to the A7
