Is there any way to lock the mouse cursor to Terraria's window?

I just added a 2nd display to my PC and even in Fullscreen mode, I am able to mouse off into the other display. Is there a way to prevent the mouse cursor from escaping Terraria's window without alt-tabbing?
 
There are third party programs to lock the mouse to a screen, but I have never looked into or used them as I do not have multiple monitors. So I can not vouch for their validity or safety.

It's possible to reconfigure the screens so they are joined at the corners rather than the sides so you have to go through the corner to get to the other screen which is much harder to do accidentally.
 
hmm. I suppose I haven't thought of that! lol.

Mainly what I wanna do is stream Terraria (and some other full-screen games) and have Twitch Chat visible on the 2nd display so I can respond to things said without having to play in a tiny little window.
