Yeah I know this has been suggested a few times in the past, but all I could find was quite a while ago, so heres my idea for it. plus, the more its talked about the better chance someone from re-logic sees this 
One other thread I saw suggested a world seed much like with DST (don't starve together). This could work great, but it would definitely be a lot of work. This seed could add a few enemies from Noita, and a similar liquid mechanic where the terrarian is effected by liquids they touch. there could also be a similar fire mechanic and such, although that could be a bit too much work honestly. While this idea has some legs and I would love to see it, it would need tons of time to work on, and wouldn't be too likely to happen.
My idea, while much smaller in scope, would still be great to see in a crossover. they could add two things to terraria and two things to Noita; a mini collab much like the one with Stardew Valley. This crossover could add a vanity set for the Noita wizard and a large green wand to terraria, and the rainbow rod and an ichor spell to Noita.
Here's my Idea for the content added to terraria:
Mina Hood: 5 silk, 1 water bottle, 3 souls of night.
Mina Robes: 10 silk, 2 empty bottles, 3 souls of light.
Taikasauva: 50 cactus, 7 souls of light, 7 souls of night, 10 empty bottles,
Taikasauva could shuffle between some iconic Noita spells such as: sawblade, bomb, arrow, ect, and rarely casts black hole.
The content added to Noita could be the rainbow rod and an ichor spell. Not much to add lol, and im not too familiar with noita's balancing.
These are all just some ideas I had, any feedback is welcome and lets hope this crossover happens in the future
