PC Terraria not opening

When i press the play button it says launching and then it instantly closes . I tried a lots of things to solve the problem but i really dont know what to do . This issue happened when i started to use my new windows 10 pc (old one was 8.1).

Here is the error when i try to start terraria server from its local files .

I am no expert. All I can suggest is deleting it and redownloading it. It might be an error with something missing in the files essential in it running. Where did you purchase the game from?

Yea i also tried to delete and download the game and its files but it keeps downloading it wrong . I hope Re-logic fixs it .
