Polished it a little bit and made int a building block using this (Lazure's aquare block layout), it is used on Luminite Bricks but it is still bugged (it is using by coding Phleb's bug brick layout), Luminite Brick wall isn't bugged.

You should try to have your outlines have smooth transitions with each other
Here is an example of how I would have made the pickaxe
I kept your original palette and attempted to keep the same texture. Also, work on managing your palette. You shouldn't add unnecessary shades that are barely noticeable
