I truly believe companies shouldn't be able to break your trust because people shouldn't be giving them any.
Like Fritangaplays Said; Game Companies Are Not Your Friend. (I Crossed Out The Game Part Because That's What He Said, But You're Not Talking About Just Game Companies.)
Especially since it's rarely the leadership or owners of a company that actually do the work for your faith.

I think it's wrong that you can't get a refund, but I think that's more Nintendo's fault than anyone else.
If It Was The Game Publishers That Controlled That, It'd Be An Absolute Nightmare For Consumers. I'm Personally Happy That They Can't Control That.
History has generally shown that quality takes more time than people are willing to wait for these days.
