Maybe what we think is pumpkin furniture is actually skyware, as what you guys are calling green looks blue to me. It would probably make more sense as pumpkin though, due to Halloween and all.

i know that this is probably the LAST thing on anyone's minds, but i do wonder, will crossplay be some kind of "1.4.6"? steam workshop support was apparently big enough to be 1.4.2, and crossplay is an absolutely MASSIVE feature, so i assume itd make for its own 1.4.x update

Actually I might be more hyped for crossplay than the entirety of 1.4.5 . In my friend group, I am the only one with access to a Nintendo Switch and PC with Steam. Half of my friends have a Switch but no Steam, and the other half is reversed. So right now I basically have to choose which to play with, far from ideal.

I genuinely agree. Cross platform support is really the only thing I desire. Sure, these new items and mechanics are cool, but they're wasted if I have to play by myself.

I hope we get crossplatform world saving I wanna get my non-corrupted ps4 worlds on my mac
who knows? Maybe the 3-year-old corrupted worlds and characters are still on the ps4 and I can bring them here to uncorrupt them somehow

That would be really funny. I don't think they've deconfirmed any weapons outright so it might be possible.

So sorry I missed the big news! Very excited for 1.4.5, but I may be the tiniest bit biased because of my personal stake . Been busy working at college. Regardless, super stoked to get my hands on the update and I think everyone else feels the same. Thanks ReLogic!

I'm not gonna lie I hope if there are more updates in the future they kinda stay a bit on the smaller side and release in parts instead of being this megapacked update that takes several years to develop. I am eternally grateful for Re-Logic continuing to develop and support this game that had its final update five years ago but also I personally have a bit of burnout from the hype this update has been given over the years especially in the past few months. Though I guess one can argue they're trying to maximize efficiency by not having to have each smaller update go through the certification processes by the three major consoles and all that.
