Terraria & TerrariaServer.exe crashes.

So, let me get this right.. I have the GOG Version of Terraria and I have downloaded TerrariaServer.exe from Terraria.org, the official site.
The problem is, after running Terraria Server for some time, it crashes, but the server itself doesn't shut down, I can still play but the others (My friends) cannot join the Server. A recent crash before the last one made the server and the players actions not responding, e.g items don't drop and inability to chat. Any solutions for this? It's quite annoying.

Terraria itself when I press Quit, it crashes, but doesn't come up with that Error thingy, just that Windows box like when force-stopping a proccess, that one is not a big deal anyone, the real problem is above.

Exactly the same here
When i start multiplayer server hosted by me or trying joining a friend, the game crashes and terrariaserver.exe too
same issue in terraria folder, .bat file steam servers, crashes instantly.
sorry for my bad english, please someone help us :c

edit: when i press quit terraria crashes too.

Os: windows 7 ultimate sp1 8gb ram
all drivers updated, xna uninstalled and reinstalled again
i tried with other version of terraria 1.2 i can host normally.
the issue are in this version 1.3
