Portfolio/Multi-Topic Terraria vs. Minecraft vs. Survivalcraft

Krypnoda

Terrarian
As many of you know Terraria is a block game. While there are many block games, the top three, at least on mobile, are MInecraft, Survivalcraft, and in 3rd place Terraria. I don't see how Terraria came in third place, but it did. What if it came in 1st? It would have to beat Survivalcraft in animals, Minecraft in, well whatever is so special about Minecraft.
* Is in Survivalcraft- minor priority that can wait
** Is in Minecraft- average priority that needs to be done
*** Is in Survivalcraft and Minecraft NEEDS TO BE DONE
**** Is not in either and will push ahead Terraria

Minecraft is the best, followed closely by terraria, and survivalcraft is just a ripoff minecraft, and is therefore inferior. Case closed.

For a second I was wondering what's this survivalcraft is, but then I realized that you're talking about the mobile community of these games.

Pro-tip: Don't approach the mobile communities.
The mobile world is a strange and alien place, and normally the statistics you'd get from it aren't really that reliable.

Survivalcraft gives credit for being the first block game, but it is completely different, i actually like it better than Minecraft, but Terraria is still better in my opinion

first of all check survivalcrafts release date and minecraft indevs but i honestly can say minecraft is overrated as honestly i got completely bored of it in the first hours

First of all: The mobile versions of both terraria and minecraft are behind their PC versions. However, I think SurvivalCraft is built solely for mobile, so they have that going for them. (Mind, Terraria does have mobile exclusive content and is less behind its PC version than Minecraft...)

Second: SurvivalCraft is cheaper. A dollar less than Terraria (currently at least, I think terraria was a buck more when I got it. Not sure) and three less than MC.

Third: Why the hell were Minecraft, Terraria, and SurvivalCraft compared?

Minecraft is a 3d block game based mostly on exploration and building.
Terraria is a 2d block game based on combat and... more combat.
SurvivalCraft is a ripoff of Minecraft.

For me: Minecraft and then Terraria. Minecraft mainly because it has so many more mods + a much better multiplayer experience, though I usually end up playing both at the same time.

And SurvivalCraft can go die in a hole.

If you have to add things from other games to make your game "the best", you've already lost.
This a million times.

Why is this thread in here? It doesn't make sense to compare a 3D block game and say "we need this in our 2D game because it worked in 3D".

EDIT:
However, on this note, we should also add the Battle Riffle from Halo, that's a hit.
Uhmmm... How about Pikachu? Pokemon sells too.
Also consider adding the Portal gun, or gravity gun.

It's already confirmed though, "game masher"!
But really, the Portal Gun is confirmed. (Pretty sure it'll be in 1.3 too!)
My entire post was a joke. I was not calling myself "game masher". I'm making fun of how games obviously copying other games unique ideas without trying to disguise them is a sad attempt to improve them.

I didn't call you "game masher", I was talking to the made-up "game masher" person.
