Yes, I know that, and I have to place wall around the village to prevent them from spawning, so no npcs is going to get eaten by them.

I had a thing like this happen to me before. Sadly didn't screenshot it.
Basically it was 2 life crystals placed side-by-side a Angel statue. Felt like an Angel came down and gave it to me.

What texture pack is this?

If I'd have to guess, I'd say a combination of an smooth texture pack (HQ2X, or psmith's enhanced textures) along with the TAD pack (could also be the old LoZ pack).

The highest fall damage I was able to get (21510). Is it possible to increase the damage?

Use a DCU to dig all the way to the underworld, and place blocks at the bottom. Fly with the UFO mount up to the top of space and unmount. That's the highest amount of fall damage I can think of.

After the martian invasion I realized they are plotting to teraform Terraria! Strange trees started growing over metallic soil. Biggest had pulsing cocoon type sacks dangling. If only we had a martian npc to explain all this.
