Nah not really, this is "I must screenshot this", basically they are saying moments aware you see something that piques your interest, perhaps something unorthadox, and you would really be in joy if you screenshotted it. Moments before disaster are much different, they are images that happen right before something bad is about to happen, like if in the terraria sense, right before you accidently kill a prismatic lacewing.
