I downloaded a texture pack and now my game will not launch, I attempt to open the game and I then get a backscreen and the game closes. I was wondering is anyone has any fix, ive redownloaded, verified files but there is always one missing no matter what I do but I do not believe that is the issue, this has happened since ive downloaded the pack (2 days ago)

I've heard a lot of reports of one missing file and I see it myself, but it doesn't seem to cause problems. Please try clearing all files from the texture pack folder and see if Terraria starts.
 
The one missing file while verifying files is a red herring; it can safely be ignored (IF its only one file. If its more than one, that's a different story).

Have you tried deleting the texture pack?

You could also try deleting your config.json file in Documents>My Games>Terraria, and see if that restarts your settings and lets it launch correctly again.
