Appearance: the spots on her drone Paras cause dizziness when looked at for too long
Personality:
Backstory (Optional): Mycelia is a Kyotsuko Mushroom that has taken over a Parasect. Her goal is to spread Kyotsuko Mushrooms everywhere possible, and will crush any opposition.
Ability: Psy Force
Other abilities (Optional): Can take over the minds of other Pokémon and talk through them.
Moves: Psychic Terrain (Turns into Mind Control when Psychic Terrain is active), Psycho Cut, Night Slash, X-Scissor
Held Item (Optional but recommended): Spore Shroom (Causes 1/16 damage when hit by an attack and has a 10% chance to cause a random status effect)
Strengths: Can retract the Parasect to avoid damage
Weaknesses: She’s slow.

Level: uh… idk, something reasonable for a newly evolved umbreon
Gender: female
Species: umbreon
Side (protagonist or antagonist): uh… protagonists?
Appearance (you can leave this empty if they look the same as the rest of their kind, but if they're shiny you should still clarify): very small for an umbreon, about the same size as an eevee
Personality: kinda shy, decently antisocial, doesn’t act super nice at first, but when you get to know her, she’s pretty nice
Backstory (Optional): half sister of veloh, an espeon
Ability: uh… might need help with these ones…
Other abilities (Optional): also some help here
Moves: help here too
Held Item (Optional but recommended): a smooth, shiny, green rock
Strengths: um… she’s quiet, which I guess makes her sneaky
Weaknesses: cute things, anything that looks interesting, she’s a collector
Nature: not sure what this means…
Characteristic: uh… also not sure…

For level, I'd say 8 would be reasonable, ability would probably be Synchronize, other abilities can be left empty if you want, here's Umbreon's learnset (basically just any level-up moves that can be learned at level 8 and below, and the tm, egg, and tutor moves are good), nature would probably be Timid, and here's the characteristic page on Bulbapedia
