Seems more like a fan idea than an idea for an actual boss, maybe make it spit fire from 4 directions from far away, making the boss really hard on lower resolutions, so that re-logic has to make 720p screens the same level of zoom as 1080p screens.

just make the final boss The World of Flesh. Combination Boss + Event with 4 giant walls of flesh coming from all sides of the world converging towards the center and ton of Flesh version of enemies spawning constantly.
