So for the clothier I was thinking like for him to be able to change the style of your clothes in case you wanted to do that for some reason. And I would like a skin changer npc to make it so like you can change your skin tone that or make a already existing NPC to do so.

Like when you are creating a character there is a little button to change the style of your clothes and its only available there and I kinda want to change it without the need to create a whole new character and transfer items

He means change the "style" of the customization.

You can use a dresser to change that.

Next to the sliders is a button that changes it between the styles. Do you have 1.3?

Dresser changes style. Skin Changer NPC is no no, but that would be a good option to add to the dresser or Stylist.

I do have 1.3 it just I don't use a dresser and often don't look it up
