This weapon is not meant to be a "Zenith summon counterpart" but rather has power that could rival the Zenith

Dummy staff
-200 summon damage
-Summons a dummy
-Use on a mannequin to customize your dummy
-"Optimization!"

• This weapons whole gimmick is that you can equip a mannequin with any weapons (1.4.5), armors, and accessories, and have it fight for you
• Dummy's will aggressively pursue their target on foot, similar to Flinxes, while autoswinging their weapon at their target
  • Contact results in a rainbow explosion that deals 200 damage
• Mannequins are not consumed when the staff is used, they are copied
• If the staff isn't used on a mannequin, or on an empty one, it summons an unarmed dummy that can only chase its targets
• For simplicity, most armor set bonuses and accessory effects are neglected, leaving only the raw stats which are added to the weapons swung damage
  • Dummies can crit, and it can be boosted by armors, accessories, and whip effects
  • Dummies can't be buffed, so you can't equip them with summon weapons

Cobalt Shield allows dummies to ram into enemies more
Star cloak could cause stars to fall when ramming into enemies
Bees fired by dummies could be superbuffed to deal 300 damage, because it would be really funny
