Well, if liquid buckets were stackable, like empty buckets, then, when pouring a stack of liquid, you would get the same speed for any liquid, so, endless buckets should work the same way, as an infinite stack of liquid bucket.
Yes, but keep in mind if you go mining for iron to make enough buckets and go hunting for enough liquid, you deserve same speed of everything. However, this is a fishing reward and has infinite of all liquids,so there should be a drawback, and this is also so if you want a little bit of lava, you don't flood your house with it

Okay, then better just make it pour liquids slower, but without cooldowns. With cooldowns this item effectively becomes useless, as if you need a block of lava, you will need to keep pouring it for 3*8=24 seconds straight, while you need 24 seconds to get a normal bucket from the chest and find a block of lava somewhere.

This would conflict with the sniper rifle and scope, though, since they use right click for their zoom functionality.
With so many tools utilising menus, there could be a button to call this menu, or instead we can move sniper rifle and scope's zoom functionality to middle click

Not all mice have a middle click, though.

Mice? Err of course you mean mouse, but how did that slip through, ehh whatever, true not all mouses have a third stick, but most do, and those that have it aren't really anymore expensive then ones that don't, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you live 100 miles from a store.

Mice is the plural of both the animal and the computer mouse. "mouses" is improper grammar for the rodent, but can be used for the computer kind.
