Switch The Info of any item in the game just disappeared

The Info (description what it does) in potions, armor and so on sometimes disappears but sometimes its again there...
 
Wow this bug is still present? If I recall correctly it happens when you craft new armor, but the tooltip appears once you quit the game and log back on. I had no idea it happened to potions. Or maybe the latest patch just bugged the tooltip for potions.
