if you use the clentimanator with the green solution, witch, i guess, is supposed to spread purity, so like, grass, or whatever, basically the opposite of stuff, on the glowing mushroom biome, it becomes jungle. very strange for me.

Would it help you if there was a Jungle Solution in addition to what's available? That way the description would match the effect and it would make more sense for you.

Mushroom biome uses mud block just like the jungle so it is not so strange.
