There is absolutely no context.
I had no idea what personality to give them so my brain came up with that quote out of the blue to try and help.

Not even sure if it's gonna see any use in inspiring their personality at all.

Meanwhile I just have my own ways of speedily describing personalities for those antagonist dragons I have, such as Aran where I just went "Janky-Level Smugness" and called it there-
